Sadly I’ve had a terrible experience trying to book an event with the owner, Victoria Fuller, of Greenwood Venue in Shreveport, La.. I originally initiated contact with Victoria over 3 months ago! Since I live in a different state, I made arrangements for someone to meet her in person at the venue to be certain that it would accommodate our needs. The date was confirmed and booked! I have continued to communicate with Victoria on the date that was totally open and she confirmed the booking for me on several different occasions. In spite of the fact that Victoria made several promises to provide me with information as to where I could send her a deposit, she never followed through. Finally Victoria called me today to say that she had accidentally accepted a deposit from someone else for the same exact date thinking that it was for me!! REALLY???Shaking My Head.Bad for Business ?Fortunately I still have months left to conclude my plans.I’m certainly glad that I began planning far enough in advance to be able to secure another space. Victoria’s words “I’m So Sorry “ meant absolutely nothing!

It is a very nice place to have special events, family reunions, birthday parties etc. It was my first visit there and I was very impressed. Also, it is safe.

This venue is beautiful and I love that it's tucked away from the city I had never been here before but if I ever need a venue for anything I would definitely rent this place

If you are in need of a banquet hall, this is your spot. The owners are great plenty room for any occasion from small gatherings to weddings this is the place with reasonable prices.

It was very nice, large dance floor and catering serving area. There was only one bathroom with one stall for the women.
