I called for a quote. Male who answered call was incredibly rude. He hung up and would no longer take my calls. This guy has an ego no one could believe. I mean who does this guy think he is. Wish I could leave no stars. I love his response. Further proof of ego. Lol.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This guy is a literal piece of garbage and regularly tells people he disagrees with that it's a shame they didn't die in their accident. Overcharges people and thinks because insurance pays the cost that it doesn't cost the individual anything. All together a trashy person and dishonest to boot. All of the positive reviews on this page are FAKE.

Do not use this wrecker service without a quote. They charge insane prices for their service. A tow for us that should have been between 300 - 400 cost us almost $3000. He does not comprehend that even if insurance pays it ends up costing the people. This is one reason Louisiana’s insurance cost is so high. He is also very unprofessional and used such foul language when the truth is told. We were accused of being liars because in his mind it was not costing us anything and he did say too bad it wasn’t a fatality which was my husband whose truck hydroplaned and went in the medium in the rain.

DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT USE THEM AT ANY COST, If I can will give then negative 8 stars. First of all we called them to tow our semi to the delivery so we can drop the trailer for unloading which was literally 1 mile away. Then we bought the truck to the shop. They said that the truck left the shop 2pm and get to our truck 5pm and it was literally 13 miles away from them. Who in this world driving 13 miles three hours. BEST THING IS THAT THEY CHARGE HOURLY Then charge us $2500 for their service which really should be highest $1500. Overcharged 1k. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE to use this company.

DO NOT COME HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. They stole my brand new fire extinguisher and replaced it with a smaller old one. Owner and management is horrible, can’t even call for updates. And on top of that they literally charge an arm and a leg for repairs!

Broke down on I-220 at 1700 on a Wednesday. Called Futrell's. In one hour, I was getting hooked up. They offered to work on the truck at their shop. We got there at 1830, and they offered to take me to a motel. Workmanship was professional and accurate. The truck was fixed, and I out the next evening. More than I wanted to spend and less than it could have been. Overall, I am happy with the job. Thanks.

As a flatbed company we have to have items set off and or reorganized regularly. I know all we have to do is make to Greenwood LA and it'll be taken care of. On time, everytime, and great people to develope a business relationship with.

My truck got stuck in the ditch after losing a steer tire. Futrells got me pulled out and towed to the truck stop then repaired the truck good as new. As an owner op I sure appreciate the help and the good price. You guys are great ?

Got a crack in radiator in the middle of the night. Stuck on interstate. The guy came out put a gallon and a half of water in radiator and followed me back to ahop. He was very nice. However, the next morning i caught david in the ahop in lie number one. Said he couldnt get radiator until tomorrow. Had to be overnighted from Little Rock. So i called freightliner. And they had three in stock. So he said the other mechanic who was on his way in would pick it up and they will get me fixed. Three hours later i called to get update. The owner hung up on me saying the part would be couriered and whwn it gets here it gets here. Then hung up. I called back and got a run around by lady. They never ordered the part from freightliner. Cause i spoke to the parts. And the guy there said i shouldnt deal with them. So i went to settle up for the roadside service. Over 500 dollars. And an attitude. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THIS BUSINESS. THE LIES AND RUDENESS AND NO RESOLUTION IN FIXING YOUR BREAKDOWN!
