“Hi I was sent away from my dealership this afternoon around four o’clock saying that I had two bad tires on my car. They said that they could get them and get them for the next day but I had an out of town medical appointment for the next morning so I stopped by the Chabill’s on Hollywood Rd in Houma and Russ and his team worked some magic and made it happen. He didn’t have any tires in my size either but he found some and changed all four tires and had me back on my way within an hour and a half. “My car needed a wheel alignment really bad. The first time I went in for an alignment , they couldn’t do it due to my driver side tie rod being too loose, so I had to replace that before they could do the alignment. I made another appointment at a later date, got the tie rod fixed , went in this morning for the alignment.. & i left very pleased with the service all around!! Friendly staff, my car drives like a new car, definitely going there from now on. Thanks to the guy that did my alignment!!”

“This place was fantastic! We called on a Friday afternoon when our air conditioner went out. It was nearly 100 degrees outside and we had a 7 hour drive coming in two days. We were in town for the Manning football camp. These guys let us come right in, figured out the problem, took care of it, and had us on our way efficiently, professionally, and at a great price. “The southern tire mart team has never let me down within the last 4 years of service. The management team, shop hands, and techs practice determination and professionalism. They’re always super helpful when I have questions and they’re really looking out for the safety of one’s bank account by providing what seems like 100s of brands of tires of all different price points. They also go the extra mile of working late to get the job done because they’ll never break their word. Just the other day, I needed a couple tires changed on a semi. So I contacted the manager Nikki at 7pm. She answered with joy and immediately dispatched a technician with the tires. Finding a local mechanic is very stressful!! Before calling Pro Tire Autocare I was ripped off by not one but two local mechanics. one in particular caused major oil leaks, antifreeze and more! I found out I was the third person this happened to. that “Crook” is dishonest, and does what people refer to as “job security”.
➡️Pro Tire got my suv in immediately to evaluate the situation and get my suv back up and running. we expected it to be a few days. Mr. James called us back the same day with my car ready to go! My car drove so smooth and felt like it did when I drove it off the car lot. I am so thankful and have restored hope they still have good people in this world. They are top notch ?TRUSTWORTHY, GENUINE, **they will NOT do unnecessary work**, professional, kind, an attention to detail, with the best industry knowledge. Look no further if you’re having car trouble and call Pro Tire immediately. I promise you they are the BEST ? in Thibodaux if not the entire tri parish area. I can’t stress enough how honest they are! I do not want anyone else to go thru the nightmare I did after loosing thousands of dollars because I did not call Pro Tire first!
