Called for a half hour and no one answered. I show up to some kind of employee dispute between 4 employees that I had to wait to play out before someone acknowledged I existed. Placed my order and waited 30 minutes for the wrong order. This is not the first time.
Kid-friendliness: No kid friendly.

Order was taken with the wrong name, so when I went to pick the order up they couldn't find the order.

The customer service is horrible, called to order a pizza and the lady had a VERY snobby attitude as soon as she picked up the phone, I was giving her my order and she did not give any clarification that my order was taken down, she just hung up the phone without saying anything. PLEASE DO BETTER TAYLORS!

They are very nice young Ladies. I come from St.Amant to visit my husband at Chateau St James. I always stop to get him hot wings or the pizza there. Always be kind and courteous. Thanks for always having Beautiful Smiles and Laughter. God Bless You Always.

pizza is ok but staff is horrible they dont answer the phone to avoid taking orders so you always have to go up to the store which is usually empty w guest and full of workers standing around gossiping

Friendly staff. Plus they have a Ruffino's stand with snacks made in Louisiana (gator jerky, brisket jerky, meat sticks). They need to actually stick price tags on that stuff, though. One of the only walk-in places open late.
