“There are two technical areas in which you need to trust the technician who performs the work: construction and automobile maintenance. Experience has taught me that getting the wrong person in either of these two areas can cost you time, money, and a lot of aggravation.
I trust Hill's Tire and Lube for automotive maintenance. In fact, I have trusted them for the past twenty-four years since I've returned to North Louisiana to live. And in that time I have never been disappointed. First, Mr. Hill is going to show you what is causing the problem. Then, if it is something he can fix, which is usually the case 95% of the time, he is going to explain to you what needs to be done and the cost of doing that, in addition to any options or other factors that are relevant.
Now, here is the most important factor for me. If the problem falls within that 5% he thinks needs more specialized attention, he is going to refer you to the best place(s) to have the work done. He is not going to keep the work just to make money for himself. That is called INTEGRITY and I've never had an experience at HTL that demonstrated anything less.... whether it was tires or work under the hood. Fixing a part or replacing it.
The work never takes long and the price is never stretched beyond what he has told you. And when you go in to pay, the office is always neat, clean, and attractive and Mrs. Hill is consistently pleasant and professional . She greets you with a smile, prints out your receipt, and whether you're paying with cash or card, completes the transaction flawlessly. INTEGRITY you can TRUST. Hill's Tire and Lube.”
“I have AAA, and for the last four years I've had to use it about four times. And each time the AAA contractor who came to my rescue is ACE Towing. And each time, the person who was dispatched is Will.
I called AAA about two days ago when I had a flat tire on a cold and rainy morning. I am 68 years old and no, I have no idea how to change a flat. I also don't know how to get the spare tire out of the nest in which it rests, and even if I did there is so much stuff in my trunk, I would have been soaking wet before I could get to the spare. In short, I was up the proverbial creek. So, I called AAA.
Not long after I made the call to AAA, up drives the tow truck and who gets out of it but Will, smiling as usual despite the cold and rain. He asked me why I always waited until the worst weather to have car trouble and I couldn't help but laugh, because for some reason no matter what car I drive, apparently winter is not its friend!
But anyway. Being stranded is not a good feeling! But thankfully, I've experienced that ACE Towing is the best! Fast response time. Professional and reliable service. Great attitudes. And not afraid of the rain and cold. Thanks, Will! I truly appreciate your help!”

Last year I needed a fuel pump, and when they got one cheaper than the estimate, they gave me the discount. It's hard to find really good mechanic shop now a days, but they are awesome.”

As far the tires I’m not really a tire brand expert but I do think the seem to constantly have rocks getting stuck in the tread. More than the occasional rock.”
