This location needs to be cleaned from head to toe starting with the CSM's. Marcie is the definition of POOR customer service! Upon my recent visit she was having an altercation with a customer and handled him rudely. Why I thought my interaction would be a bit different I was mistaken. She completely cut me off of my sentence and said "Have a nice day" and walked off. Apparently whatever was on her phone was more important than tending to customers in front of her. I asked for her name and the first letter of her last name which she did not want to provide. People who do this know they have caused a disturbance and do not want any complaints on them. This is not the only terrible thing about this location. The home delivery is of reoccurring misfortunate events, and unorganized. Walmart makes too much money for it to be represented poorly by these people they are employing. FIRE Marcie, or demote her and have better procedures in place for grocery home delivery. (Don't let your delivery drivers CANCEL orders and not let the customer whom is still waiting for their order to arrive be left in the dark) How is that even remotely okay to do? Avoid this location! I will be shopping at Rouses or any other place and happily spend the extra money on groceries until this location is better managed. Corporate will be contacted as well to ensure resolution.

Rude, and unorganized, no one cares. Pick up spots were filled with cars, but no one in them, so obviously they just wanted close spots. Some people get help when needed, some people don't. It just matters what you look like.

I went to go pick a grocery order.this older lady has bad attitude and has blue tooth stuck in her ears she said the last name of order.i told her first name.she say in a nasty way that's what she said.o told her she has a bad attitude.my problem is her attitude .pleas fix it.and why are they wearing blue tooth at work?

Horrible is the word - DO NOT use their online ordering- was told to pick up at money center (girl working couldn't do door dash) got a manger to call - still waited - was in store over an hour - girl comes - can't pick up in store I have to go outside! Are you kidding me? Went to another manager to ask for the phone # - she didn't know it!! Never use them

Lines are forever!!! 3 registers open for all the store!! When self checkouts are packed!!.. super slow !!! But I guess you got to "save money and live better" ridiculous!!!

The customer service is very shitty and they're illiterate. How you gonna close the door on about 15 people and let one person in out of all those people. It's freezing outside and you got people walking all the way to the other side it makes no sense . They were very rude and seemed very lazy I honestly never want to go back and I hope they all get fired .

Update 3/14/2020.. Airline HWY, Gonzales LS. Store looks like 2 tornadoes and a flood is coming. Over half the store is picked clean. That set aside.. I recommend to not ever use the walmart vision center. My glasses are not even 4 months old and there are micro scratches all over them. I only use lens cleaning cloths and have never had a problem with my glasses before. I followed their suggestions for my lenses when I used my 1 insurance allotment per year to get my glasses. I am now told that there is no warranty on the lenses I got. That there is no warranty on any auto-tint/Transition lenses. That I did not get the package I was told I was getting. And that the only thing they can do (with warranty) is going to cost me 340 dollars MORE to replace the lenses and not have the auto-tint. They did not even offer a attempt to buff out the scratches or anything so I wasted my money on glasses that I cannot see out of now.

Wow! I just can't believe that the workers nor managers answers the telephone...... that's what you call lazy. I called back to back over 10 times and NO ONE ANSWERED. Not to answer the telephone for customers, because they don't want to go look for what you are calling for. Headquarters, please retrain customer services to be customer services and answer the telephone and go look for an item when "customers" calls and give a price, so they don't have to have an attitude when the customer ask for the price as well.... I like going to walmart, but when you call to see if something is in stocked or to get a price, you will be on the telephone for over an hour; by that time I can get in my car and go look myself, before they answer,,,what a shame! ):
