I really really love Walmart! The best part about it is that they have different sized Carrots! I love shoving the baby carrots up my butt. The service is great! Sometimes they help with the carrots!

They held my wife for Almost a hour because the self check out system went down so they were a cussing her of stealing took them 45 mins to review the camera footage and didn't even apologize for it asked do you wana wait while we find your recipe got 30 registers and none open so only self check out if you don't trust your customers that much open the registers

At this point if you have an attitude and don't want to do your job why work?? Walmart hires anybody as long as they show up.

This location needs to be cleaned from head to toe starting with the CSM's. Marcie is the definition of POOR customer service! Upon my recent visit she was having an altercation with a customer and handled him rudely. Why I thought my interaction would be a bit different I was mistaken. She completely cut me off of my sentence and said "Have a nice day" and walked off. Apparently whatever was on her phone was more important than tending to customers in front of her. I asked for her name and the first letter of her last name which she did not want to provide. People who do this know they have caused a disturbance and do not want any complaints on them. This is not the only terrible thing about this location. The home delivery is of reoccurring misfortunate events, and unorganized. Walmart makes too much money for it to be represented poorly by these people they are employing. FIRE Marcie, or demote her and have better procedures in place for grocery home delivery. (Don't let your delivery drivers CANCEL orders and not let the customer whom is still waiting for their order to arrive be left in the dark) How is that even remotely okay to do? Avoid this location! I will be shopping at Rouses or any other place and happily spend the extra money on groceries until this location is better managed. Corporate will be contacted as well to ensure resolution.

Was charged for stamps 10.00 at self check out first charge put on my ticket. Lady told me someone else where bring me my stamps. I continued to check out my items. Completed and paid cash for my items. Got over half way home remembered I didn’t get my stamps. Got home called Walmart telling them what happened. They said they would have to look at cameras. I told them I was unable to come back today and they said ok. The lady said she was Barbara front manager. Monday went to get my stamps store was closed because of no electricity. Went back 3 hours later still no electricity. Went back the next morning at 6:30. No one knew about my stamps said they have no Barbara there!! I asked for manager. The assistant manager came said the store manager would have to look at film! But he would not be there til later maybe 9:30 or so but not sure!! I left my phone number and over 1 week still have not received a call. I called Walmart Thursday ask for manager lady come back to phone saying he was no busy to take my call! If I owed Walmart 10.00 dollars they would call the police. BAD MANAGEMENT! Mrs. Tullier

I have tried on 4 different occasions, beginning at 7:15 this morning, to contact this store. I even stayed on through 18 rings to attempt contact❗️ Even after 4 tries no-one is answering my calls. What's going on❓❗️❓❓❓

this store is terrible , bad customer service and carts are always all over the parking lot
