If you ever want to receive the WORST service ever go to this pharmacy. The group of girls working in their are some of the rudest people EVER! Was just in there and saw the worker constantly roll her eyes while on the phone with an elderly person (1940s birthday I heard it) then she called the person dumb once she hung up. These girls shouldn't be allowed to handle medicine until they get some happy pills in their system. Ridiculous they should be fired. It's always an awful experience when I go there

Today 1/28 I had surgery and had someone drop my script off and 4:30 for pain medications at the Airline and Hwy 44 locations. They pharmacy refused to fill the medication stating I have to wait till tomorrow after 2 pm. They never confirmed or denied is the medication was available. The check out clerk stated they do this when the lead person leaves for the day make everyone wait till the next day. I just had major surgery and I'm a lot of pain and have to wait 24 hours to have access to pain meds due to lazy unethical Staff. I can only imagine what they do to the elderly population which are most of the clients at this location. This is the 3rd time this had happened. I've had to wait for my anxiety medications and asthma medications while having a flair up. This seems to be the norm and is very wrong! I am very upset and something happens to me Walgreens has now made themselves liable.

This pharmacy is not any place you want to go. The employees are jokes, and they misrepresent their hours of operation. Went at lunch and they were "closed" to allow the pharmacist to have lunch. Came back at 7:05 pm and they were closed. Look at the professional poster they have at their drive through that I was relying on for the afternoon. Do not use this pharmacy if you have any choice. It looks more like a McDonald's than a pharmacy. Unbelievable.

If you're considering getting your COVID vaccine at this Walgreens location, I would highly reconsider. When I arrived for my vaccine, the pharmacist rudely asked why I was standing at the window that I was standing by. I responded that this window was labeled COVID-19 vaccine check-in to which she just walked away. The lady working directly with patients on the side of the pharmacy located in the building (not the drive through) was extremely rude to every patient she spoke to. She repeatedly cut customers off in the middle of them talking, including myself. She spoke to customers as if they were unintelligent. She answered the phone to speak to a customer and yelled at them when she had to repeat herself (asking the customer's DOB) The only friendly person we came into contact with the entire time was the lady that gave us the vaccine. There are a lot of locations at which you can receive your vaccine. I would not recommend this one.

The pharmacy and one of the so-called techs(just a dang CASHIER) suck! They are the MOST RUDE, LYINGIEST AND UNHELPFUL people that Walgreens could employ! It's not every Walgreens and definitely not every pharmacist and tech at this store. So I asked for my prescription back to take it somewhere else and she wouldn't release it so I could get it refilled until Monday(this was a Saturday evening)!!

I do not understand why the drive-thru line always takes SO LONG. If there are 3-4 people in line, it will surely take you nearly an hour to get through. There is no reason it should take that long to drop off or receive a prescription. No. Reason.

The clerk at the Pharmacy gave me a horrible attitude when I when to pick up my medication and informed me that it was too early to pick up my life saving medication that I was out of. I informed her that I'm out of medication and she said, "well you can pay the $3800 for your meds and stop complaining". The comment was unprofessional and walked away when I said that's not correct, it's not too early to pick my medication up because I am OUT, of medicine. She proceeded to walk away and said "y'all deal with this man he's getting on my nerves". She should not work at the pharmacy and should not be a part of the medical field if she cannot care for her customers. Customer service should not be like this towards customers who are needing life saving medication. This pharmacy also sent my medication to 3 other locations in the past and has never had my medication on time. Either they need to clean up their attitudes or their system because I am not impressed with either of them.

They are horrible. Not following covid regulations, slow, rude, unhelpful. All they had to do was call my doctor but instead I wasted an hour having to drive from doctors office to pharmacy, calling insurance with could be easily solvable problems. I have never had as bad of an experience as I did with this one location.

Pharmacy employees are rude and lazy. I went by at 6pm to pick up a prescription that was sent in by my child's Doctor the day before. Go to the window and the employee says it will be ready in 30 min. ok, no big deal, it's just cough medicine. Next morning, I pull up around 11:15 and guess what? Still not ready. Teirene.asks me if I'm going to wait and before I even have the chance to answer hangs up the phone and walks away!! Of course I'm going to wait!! It was supposed to be ready 17 Hours ago!!!
