Marked packaged as delivered yet my cameras verify thay is not the truth. Can't get a hold of anyone that can help me and online will not allow me to submit a claim.

The driver don’t try to deliver because got note on tracking that they tried to deliver but the business was closed it’s fun because the address to deliver is not a business but a resident fun how every other delivery service can find my residence but UpS driver can’t or they don’t even try and try to get the location of package is impossible

The staff is very fully - allowing quick services to those who have previous accounts by allowing you to drop off packages without standing in the line.

I received a pick up order that stated my pick-up location at one address then it wasn't there and I called the 800 number to find out it was still on the truck, this was 2 days later then I have to pick it up at a different location. Never using ups

The worst. The service was slow and when someone did want to help me, they were rude. If I could give no stars I would. This place is awful. This is my second or third time having a package sent from this store and every time it was late. Do not waste your time or money.

The worst store ever! Literally every time I come here, it's always one person working and the lines are extremely long! If you're only going to have one person working then I suggest investing in self service kiosks. I wish there were other UPS locations close by, I hate visiting this store.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced with a UPS store. If you're looking for a UPS store that is knowledgeable and helpful, please consider another location. This is not a UPS location I would ever recommend to anyone.
