At approximately 2:30pm today my wife attempted to exchange a jacket and a shirt at the Gonzales Louisiana location for a larger size. The guy who identified himself as the managerrefused. He said the jacket had glitter on it. The really smallamount of glitter came from gift bag. He also refused to identify himself. He's a black male average height with an alfro hair style. No way he should not want to identify himself, if what he was doing is in line with policy. It wasn't a return, it was an exchange. This guy has cost the company customers, I will not be shopping at that store and I will tell all my golfing buddies to not to shop there. I will be contacting the home office.

A clothing store with three fitting rooms, all of which are unavailable. Upon asking why the fitting rooms were unavailable, an apathetic sales associate told me "because they're being used for storage." Seriously, this is beyond ridiculous. It's a clothing store. You need to give access to the fitting rooms. I walked right tf out.
