I recently took my 2023 Silverado with 10k miles to the service department after it lost all power in Alabama. It was at the dealership for two whole days and they couldn’t figure out what happened to drain the battery. I had to call several times for updates. The intake staff was very rude and dismissive of my concerns. I WILL NOT return to the service department for anything.

I had the best experience at Supreme Chevrolet when purchasing my vehicle. Mrs. Stephanie went above and beyond with showing me the Chevy Trax and she answered any question that I had. The financing process went smoothly as well. Overall, a stress free experience. I was out of there in under three hours total (between Friday and coming back on Saturday)!! Thanks again!!

If you are planning to buy a new car go directly to Supreme Chevrolet. The team there is fantastic! From day one when I built the car I wanted on the Chevy website at 5:30 pm, my sales rep Todd Parker contacted me the same evening. Todd kept me informed every step of the way from the GM factory accepting the order, to the building phase, to the car being transported, to the day of arrival. Todd made sure my order was not lost during the factory turnover process which delayed the building process a few weeks. This is a dealership that is transparent and communicates with their buyers. Ronnie Jacobs and the financing department did a great job with finding rebates that I was entitled to. I will be recommending my family members to purchase new vehicles from Supreme and to ask for Todd.
