I went to tmobile to swap my phone for the insurance claim and Nadine was a wonderful customer service she was very patient with updating my phone and it was right at closing time she didn't complain or have an aditude she made sure my phone was working before I left and was still very pleasant to me and my daughter when leaving I recommend her for all you device needs she is very knowledgeable as well .

Horrible customer service. Came in for an upgrade. Both customer care representatives were not at all interested in selling the service or helping me with the upgrade. One lady who was assisting me was watching videos on her phone while interacting with me. I had some questions regarding my plan and she just said to call 1800 numbers to get the questions answered . Finally ended up upgrading my phone by calling 1800 number and lady over the phone was so helpful and cooperative. She explained everything and was on call with me for almost 50 mins. I spent hardly 15 mins in the store as ladies there seemed to care less. No point having the store if we can call 1800 number and get better service. Giving a 1 star as I had too if not I would give 0 stars.

To be clear, I do not have any issues being a subscriber of T-Mobile. It's just as good as any of the other big cellular companies. My experience at this store, in particular, has ended up being a huge inconvenience for me.On 07/21/2023 at Register #14, Trans #1511, with Sales Rep #: ****291, I was signed up for services that I did not ask for, including one that I specifically requested not to have. I don't know if she gets commission for adding extra lines and protection plans, but if she does, then that would explain her actions.I told her not to add on a protection plan, but she did anyway. Fortunately I noticed when I got home and checked my account, so I was able to fix that. Unfortunately, I did not catch that she had added an additional line until weeks later. Now, I am having to jump through several hoops with T-Mobile's customer service agents. I needed to add ONE line for a kids watch, but she just threw on an extra one with no device attached to it.I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but hopefully this will spare other customers from experiencing the inconvenience and hidden fees that this sales representative has caused.

The amazing customer service I received at this location clinched my decision to switch to T-Mobile. I had been researching doing so, but the top-notch customer service I received from Daidrian made me feel totally comfortable with going forward. His knowledge level, professionalism, courteousness, and superior customer service skills made all the difference. I can't praise him and T-Mobile enough for making my life less stressful and more enjoyable. Thank you!!

These individuals who are in so call management are very incompetent. One of the individuals give out false information and the other cannot properly hold their composure while while communicating with you. If management have poor customer care and cannot greet you as soon as you walk through the door. This store needs to shut down for coaching or fire the entire crew and have a job fair to enlist employees who value customer care and are competent to solve problems with accurate solutions. I would NEVER in my life walk-in to this location again. They lack major accountability and not one time admit fault. Basically more lies pile on with additional lies to convince you to believe it’s true. Why hire ppl who cannot solve issues? Why hire people at this location who overall does not want to work? Sounds like to me they are here for a check and if it’s not any easy solution, then they want to feed you lies to get you out the door. Store Manager she is worse I see why they have attitudes because she has one and she doesn’t not hold herself to a standard, because if she did her employees will follow her lead. She doesn’t not greet anyone or asked how can I assist you? Have you been helped? She likes to hang out in the back. If that’s who T-Mobile desire to keep in their store than so be it. I will not return. ****Please DO NOT send me a follow up response regarding trying to make it right**** Because you should have made it right when I was in the store.

Would give a 0 if I could. went in to swap my old phone for a new one and while she was working on my phone she was on Expedia booking hotels and not paying attention to anything. Asked her 4 times if they had the Samsum 21pro in stock and her replied in a rude way was "idk we have to check the back" but she never did, she went back to her phone to book her more important hotel than taking care of the costumers.After she was done she told another associate that we wanted to order a new phone and walked away, did not told us the name of the associate she just told him and walked away.Worse experience ever, would rather drive to Siegen for now on.

This experience with T-Mobile is tied with Att as the worst customer experience I've ever had. Believe nothing that comes out of their mouths.
