waited 3 min for them to answer the red button, 3 other cars on the lot. I was very disappointed, especially being a Sonic employee myself for the past 8 years.

Just got $50 worth of food and everything is borderline rotten as if it has been sitting in there for 10 hours. Buns on burgers are as hard as a rock and the hotdog is a grey color that is most certainly gonna give anyone who eats it food poisoning.

es la segunda vez que la gente de este establecimiento me queda mal, la primera vez ya la reseñe y supuestamente me iban a compensar con un item que nunca me dieron, y esta vez hice una orden en línea y al llegar al la tienda claramente donde pedí todo porque si no no hiciera esta reseña, me dijieron que no había ninguna orden por lo tanto he decidido no recomendar este establecimiento y nunca volver a comer aquí, ya que ya van dos veces que me hacen pasar un mal rato

Usually would give a better review because I love Sonic. But the last few time of going was not good. The order was right on the screen but wrong in the bag when we got home. I should have checked before we left but in previous visits it's never been an issue so I just didn't think to do so but I will from now on. The 2 correct things in the bag were the double bacon cheese burger and the 2 corn dogs. The corn dogs were good but the burger was so dry. It happens, not everything is always perfect so I will still try but if the quality continues I'll probably take a break. That being said the staff are very friendly and sweet

This is not our local Sonic but we were in the area and wanted some snacks. This Sonic provided exceptional service!! Im not sure if the same person took our order, than who brought it out, but they got everything right, the first time; even the specific requests we made. I was reading the screen to make sure. The food didnt take long to come out eventhough most car stalls were occupied (i.e. it was pretty busy). I would say we got our order in less than 10mins, maybe even 5mins. I honestly was not counting because I already had it in my head that we would be waiting a good while. Thats how it is at our local Sonic in Houma, even when its not occupied. Dalton, our carhop, was very professional and pleasant. He repeated our order for us to make sure they got everything correct, which they did!! I am the type that checks our order before leaving. Not only was all our food there, but all of our dipping sauces, straws, and spoon were there too. They even made sure we had napkins. I was definitely pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to ask for anything because nothing was missing. At our local Sonic we are usually missing one thing or another. Dalton also told us about a giveway. Again, this is not our local Sonic so we wont be able to participate but, if we're ever in the area, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for such a great experience. Wish we had yall as our local Sonic.
