I went in to look at shoes and found 2 pair I like. I asked if they ship because I was in town on business and flying out the next day. I was told yes so I purchased and was told after I paid , they ship if I purchase online which I knew because that is how I get all my Skechers. I ask why she told me they didn't ship after I purchased and she said " I (the customer) SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEARER!! Really. Cancelled the purchase and returned the shoes.

Ordered online to pick up in store. Love my shoes but the sales associate was difficult to communicate with. When I called to let them know I was on my way I’m it seemed like she didn’t know what I was talking about.

We did not find what we were looking for. They do not have a wide selection of mens shoes. Everything looks the same.

Bought a pair of skechers work shoes from famous footwear outlet they are spose to be slip resistant went to work today and was slipping all over the floor in them will not be buying skechers work shoes again

The absolute worst place to try and buy a pair of shoes!!!!!!!! I walked around trying to find a type of shoe for 10 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help. Workers wear sweatshirts so you can't even tell who works there. I will never go back to this store ever again. Not the first time I have had gorrible service in this store.

Today is our first visit at this location. The gentleman was very good and smiling all the time however his lady co worker was horrible. My baby through up some milk at the store and I immediately apologized for the same and ask for some tissue paper to clean it up from the floor. The sales lady was kinda making her face and provided some paper towel and then I ask for someHand sanitizer to clean my hand she again said something to me which I didn’t get but I told her it may be due to sudden weather change my baby was felt uneasy and throughs up. She immediately rudely replied “then you should not take your baby out” Really????!!! I don’t know what authority she have say that rudely to me. Such a horrible experience!!! I feel some people do not get what is called a customer service in USA. She really needs a customer handling training. Not coming back to this particular store again.
