They were on top of it every step! I knew exactly what was going on the entire way! And if your insurance tells you they are not a preferred shop, tell they they are your preferred shop! You will not regret it. The repair is top-notch.

I can not say enough good things about this place. They did an amazing job on my car. My driver side and 2 back tires received damage from a Ricocheting bullet. They had my car ready in 2.5 weeks. Communication was great and everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend Simoneaux’s!
