We bought a car and they don't meet the delivery dates. Furthermore, they do not provide help for their errors. I recommend looking for another Nissan.

I found a car on their website and decided to stop in. The car was in such great condition and our sales lady/finance salesman was absolutely amazing. So professional and friendly. We had a great experience overall and would definitely return. Go see them today!

Though I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer over the years, my review is about the service department. Unfortunately Nissan did not have any vehicles that fit my wants/needs in 2019 so I had to purchase another make. I was so immensely frustrated after a year of dealing with the new vehicle's service department that I called Mr Don at Nissan service and asked if they do maintenance on other 'brands' and he said yes. I was thrilled. We have five vehicles in our household and all but one goes to Price LeBlanc Nissan in Gonzales; and the one that doesn't is only because it is a company vehicle.Don Winters will tell me like it is, no beating around the bush. From "It needs it ASAP" to "It could really wait till your next oil change." He'll tell me "an aftermarket part will work just as well" or "I highly recommend you get this part from the manufacturer." Whatever it is, he does his best to get me up and running while making sure no unnecessary charges are added.If you're service department is driving you insane like mine was I recommend you call Mr. Don; even if you don't have a Nissan!

Service department overcharges & takes too long, not pleasant to deal with. Have wasted too much time with them & don’t plan on buying another Nissan after the multiple bad experiences I’ve had with this dealership.

This location is great! The service is always remarkable and I never run into any problems. In the event that I do, the managers are extremely helpful in listening and working out the problem. All of the work on my car is always done in a timely manner.

Finally the car shows up. It's dark. Late and I was sleepy. But to forgive is Devine. Ricky did do a great sale job ?. Cudo's. The car arrived late. Maybe God didn't want me driving it today. Much love ❤️ and me having more patience I will have to pray for.

Priced new Nissan Rogues in the Metairie, New Orleans area with same result. Short on new cars, prices at sticker price but salesman rude and basically said you don't buy someone else would. Neighbor has bought in Gonzalez and was very pleased. Let's face it, you can buy from any dealership and the warranty is a factory warranty, honored at and Nissan dealership. Ivan Villemarette was great, cordial, professional and courteous. I bought a 2022 Nissan Rogue SV.I was more than pleased with the treatment. Who knows, I may drive 50 miles for service like my neighbor has done, he loves their service department. Great sales experience at LeBlanc Nissan in Gonzalez. I highly recommend the buying experience!!!!!

I was in a bind and getting the run around at other dealers with my lease expiring. I walked into Price Leblanc and Ivan was absolutely exceptional. He listened to my concerns, every need I wanted, and did not pressure me into anything. He even spoke on the phone for 30 minutes with my fiancé who couldn't be there at the time of purchase. He made my first purchase on my own so relaxed, simple, easy, and carefree. I really could not have asked for better. Thank you Ivan!
