This location has/had such a great staff. Our truck was in bad shape but needed a relatively simple fix. One employee, Hunter, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He helped us out tremendously, he also recommended a local mechanic that worked out perfectly.

It seems like every time I go to this orielys there is an issue with my phone number and them not putting stuff in the computer properly. This time I got a part and the cashier returned it later on in the day. But I still had the part. I try to return it and it was an issue to be refunded. Seems like someone is returning parts and pocketing the money but idk. they guy who did helpr was helpful and I appreciate him but it's a headache Everytime. This is for the orielys in prairieville.

Always have what we need and they are always so friendly an eager to help as soon as you walk in the door. Even though that can sometimes be a little aggravating it's nice when ppl enjoy their job,ya know , it makes things go so much smoother
