Had an excellent experience with Elisa. My teenage son needed a good mattress that would deliver excellent rest and we absolutely loved how she focused on him and his needs for quality rest including the purple pillow. When we got to the car he said he never thought he would have fun shopping for mattresses but he did. He’s excited about delivery because he knows what he’s getting. Great job Elisa! Thank you for your sincere interest.

My husband and I worked with Elisa to purchase a new mattress. She was extremely patient with us and allowed us to test as many mattresses as necessary and as long as necessary in order to make a decision on what we wanted. She went above and beyond to get us the best prices and discounts allowed. We are extremely satisfied with her services and the products we purchased. Elisa was extremely helpful and patient with us while we chose the perfect bed for us. She went above and beyond, even including our 2 year old in the fun! When delivery was delayed due to the hurricane she did whatever she could to make sure we got the delivery as soon as possible. We greatly appreciate her hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction!!

Store was clean. Sales lady was very helpful and very polite, even with my 2 year old running around crazy! Received mattress and frame doesn’t match with mattress. Called store and was told they don’t accept base returns so I’m out money. Sales lady was supposed to return my call to see what we could figure out. Still waiting on that call so service after the sale doesn’t seem to exist so far.
