As I was shopping for braid hair & also browsing around I picked up lashes & then decided I didn’t want them & placed them back in the correct spot. Before leaving the store the owner said I stole them! Saying she saw me take two lashes. So I told her no I didn’t steal or take two lashes. She proceed to roll the camera back and seen me place the one pair of lashes I had back. If you’re going to watch your customers do it correctly! RIDICULOUS!

I always shop here for my hair needs and now during this health pandemic they are making sure shoppers have on mask and use hand sanitizer upon entering. They are also wearing mask which is important!! Glad they are back open!!

This has been, undoubtedly, my WORST "beauty supply store" experience! The 2 workers or owners, whatever, were beyond rude! My mother and I walked in only to be rushed with demands to use hand sanitizer before shopping, which we'd already done in the car. There was no hello, how are you, nothing! We definitely won't be returning. They deserve less than a star. Please learn how to treat the customers that you all do have.

This owners are very rude I went and bought 10 packs and asked the owner was it 10 I added one and then ask him to take it back he said it was 10 and added 11 and went to the car and saw this shook my head and went on

The owner is very very rude.. omg I just left out of the store.. the customer service is bad. I buy wigs 300- 1,000. A synthetic lace wig was $30.00 and he says you cant try that on cause its lace and takes it out my hands. I look at him appalled at his actions, then I asked him how will customers know if they like the wigs if they dont try it on.. I'll continue to shop in houma.. our people are very friendly... people need to stop shopping here

My wife went in to look at hair products for her natural hair! Please dont ever go here! They are very rude and if we didnt shop here they would be forced to shut down! This place is not clean and they dont like anybody but there own kind!

The Owner accused me of taking photographs of their ugly wigs. That I would not want to see in my phone every time I go to photos he was not rude about it but seem agitated by something that wasn't even being done. My mother and I proceeded to exiting the store never to return. It's not cleanly and the smell is nausea initiating and they greeted us upon entering but it seemed not genuine and even so far as forced. They didn't even have a large selection not worth people's time energy money and gas. Thank u much.
