Long-Term Review: Hurricane Ida blew a garage door into the hood of my SUV & since that's not the type of thing that'll just Buff Out, my insurance company sent us to Guillory's Collision Center. They replaced the hood, patched the dings, and repainted with a Perfect Color Match. 4 years & it still looks wonderful!

AWESOME body shop. I brought a fleet vehicle in for estimates on getting hood fixed. Guillorys was the only body shop in the area that took the tike to realize that the paint defect was fixable without having to strip and repaint. I got 3 estimates at 3 other shops that advised me it would be over 1k to fix. Will start bringing my fleet vehicles here when needed.

Had the best experience here. At this point all collision shops are backed up due to lack of workers, slow shipping of car parts, slow responses from 3rd party companies (such as insurance companies), etc. I needed a small part on my bumper replaced. Ms. Paula helped and took care of EVERYTHING! I didn’t have to make any calls to the insurance company or to the shop. She kept in contact with me and the insurance company and both worked very well to get my car in and out.I never had an experience where my car would go to the collision center and the dealership until now. Mrs. Paula booked everything and even made sure that my car was transported to the dealership that could see it the quickest. One dealership told her they couldn’t get to my car for a month. A MONTH! Of course due to lack of staff, but she called around and found one that took my car and it was done two days later.It was awesome! I highly recommend this place.

Paula, Jeramie, and the rest of the staff over there are awesome! I got into a fender bender and these guys were the only ones who got me on quickly and kept me updated the entire process. My car looks like a brand new one. Definitely quality work and honest people!
