I took my truck in for an emissions problem a few months back. Everything worked good for a while, then the problem happened again. Turns out, it was a faulty part. They warrantied their work and had me back on the road within the week.

To be honest I don't believe I received honest work done to my vehicle. I called with my own diagnoses as well as lights on in my truck abs/trac control/ brake light but no check engine light. I was told they would test drive my vehicle use their machine to turn my solenoids on and off and if the lights shut off when they ran the test then my solenoids were bad. I never got a call saying they test drove it, that following Monday I got a call saying they ordered the solenoids and it would be ready that afternoon. Needless to say the lights are still on in my truck, they suggested it could be a bad abs module, well this sounded like it was the problem to begin with! So was a diagnostic test ran on my vehicle? I kept getting uncertain responses and these lights are still on. My vehicle never drove like anything was wrong with my solenoids to begin with and we stressed this at drop off my vehicle drives great, a bad solenoid doesn’t make sense, that's just what the code came back at auto zone and I suggested that. They took my assumption and thought they found a solution to my problem but the problem is that these lights are still on and I put up a good chunk to have that fixed and it's not fixed. I gave 3 stars because I'm hoping this can be made right and let my worries at ease. I chose this place because of it's reviews and the warranty they have on there work. Jordan was very respectful and helpful but I don't think they throughly looked into the problem.

Tried them for the first time because I have had too many issues with the service departments at local dealerships and even other repair shops.
They were prompt to contact me with the vehicle issue and had a quote ready. They also finished the repairs in the time they said!!

I have had the misfortune of needing three different vehicles in need of repairs over the last month. 2 of them were A/C jobs. the other was a 22 year old jeep that no dealership wanted to touch because it was older than 10 years old. Jordan and his crew at Good Cents were quick with the repairs and saved me some money too. I usually deal with a more widely known company to handle repairs. they were going to charge about $800 more for the same job. I am very pleased with Good Cents and highly recommend.

The owner Kieth and office manager Jordan are truly honesty,respectful, transparent and classy people who truly treat you like family.They mean what they say and stand behind there word.I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop.I would highly recommend this place to the Queen of England if she asked. They worked on my off road baja race truck.I never thought that my truck would get treated less then it deserves.Only the best shops and techs get to work on it.The techs here are world class from installations to wiring to cleaning up the truck when done.It took awhile longer then expected,It was worth the wait.The techs take there time and get the job done rite the first time.They treat the female customers with respect and honor too.They don't talk down to them like other shops do.They talk to them and explain things to where the females customers can understand what is being said.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Paid well over 5 hundred dollars for repairs and my vehicle broke down within 2 weeks! My car ended being in worst shape than it was before I brought it in.

I highly recommend! I called on a Friday and the owner told me to get the car to him as soon as possible. I had it towed to the shop over the weekend. By Monday at 11:30 a.m. the owner called me and told me the problem and fixed it. They even took the time to wash my car before I got there. I met his wife upon arrival, she was super sweet and throughly went through the paperwork and explain everything that had been done or touched. I will forever use them for my auto mechanical needs!

I had stumbled in 10 years ago with my broke down Honda Rick and his team were amazing in getting me taken care of and helping me understand what all was wrong. Fast forward to 2023 I remembered Rick and good cents auto. I manage a fleet at work and stumbled back in with one of our cars. Rick got it taken care of 2 days before schedule with minimal charges and got what he could covered under warranty. I have spoken with my upper management team about the fast friendly affordable service we received and any of our fleet that needs serviced in that area will now be going to his shop!
