I came to this establishment to do a tire swap on my truck on the way home the front driver side tire completely came off! On the interstate causing thousands of dollars of damage to my vehicle and now the owner says they are not responsible I can’t make this up I wouldn’t go back to this place if it was my only option!save your self the trouble

4% upcharge for using a regular credit card seems a bit much. That's $20 for a $500 bill. Sorry for not carrying bags of cash like the Monopoly man. Their service is good and efficient, but I hope they rethink this misguided regressive credit card policy.

I brought my truck in. I personally loosened the wire's on the starter. I was told my truck was out of timing then i was told i had the wrong distributor. I built my motor. It's a v8. I know my truck inside and out. ??

My experience with this company has not been a good one. I've been dealing with this location on Burnside Ave. in Gonzales for as long as I've had my car. They’re a little over priced but I thought it was better to have mechanics familiar with me and my car. Now I would not recommend them to anyone. Around December 2019 I was told that my Maxima had 2 of 3 coils/spark plugs that needed replacement all on the backside of the engine. It was recommended by one of the Managers Mike to change all 3 because of the location deep in the back of the engine where it is difficult to get to which causes the labor to be expensive. I am a single women and after talking with family I decided to have all 3 replaced. The bill was over $800. November 22, 2021 my car started giving me the same problems and I had it towed back to them because the engine light came on, the car would not accelerate over 40mph. I spoke then with a Manager named Kha who was not sympathetic at all. I expressed my concerns about the same problem occurring so soon and that I really didn’t want to pay that amount of money again, he then told me that I could come and get my car. That was a rude and unprofessional response. Kha told me that he would have to diagnose the problem and call me back to let me know what was wrong. Kha never retuned the call to inform me what was wrong with the car, the receptionist notified me that my car was ready for pick up. They fixed the car stating 1 plug/coil had gone bad again in the rear of the engine, charged another labor cost $330 with a total bill of over $630.00. December 30th 2021 my car had the same problems, not accelerating, riding rough and check engine light. The next day drove my car back to Gonzales Tires and Automotive but they were closed due to the holiday I stopped at Autozone for them to run a diagnostic. That report said 2 plugs in the back that were misfiring. Yet again the same problem 3 times in a row. I decided it was time to get my car to a different shop. It had to be towed. The diagnostic from this mechanic 2 of the 3 plugs/coils in the rear/back of the engine were bad and it appeared that they had “never" been replaced. I spent almost $1500 with Gonzales Tire and Automotive on Burnside and now will have more expenses to replace these plugs and coils . This company is a rip off and I won't ever bring my vehicle back there . Meanwhile today 1/3/2022 I called them tell them about my totally bad experience and asked this Manager named Paul if he could email me a copy of the receipt from the first job 12/2019. He stated he’d found the invoice, confirmed my email addressed but failed to email me the document. I never received it. These people are very shady and not trustworthy, Beware of the people who manage and work at this location. Not having any concerns about a woman being stranded on the highway with a broken vehicle BAD COMPANY, BAD PEOPLE, BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
