Was fixing the ATM next door and my keyboard broke before I could hit "boot windows normally"
Went over to the store and asked the guy if I could borrow his keyboard for 5 secs, and he said no. Dude has 3 keyboards back there not being used, ended up having to call a CO worker over from Hammond to come and let me use his. Y'all suck :/

Don’t buy used games from here and if you do get the protection thing 75% of the used games I’ve bought from here always fail to read on my PlayStation 4 and it’s not my disk reader on my console every new game I buy works just fine

It Friday morning and it's 11 o'clock. Store supposed to be open at 10. I've watched 6 customers come and leave because of this. Fix it.

If you go to this Gamestop and get any cashier other than Ramone, you can safely ignore this review, the place is usually fine. I'm not an instigator, I'm a quiet customer. I get what I need, and get out pretty quick. That is one of the rudest human beings I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. He tried bullying me on how my credit card works (that I've had for well over a year now), he tried putting a warranty on the game that I wanted without asking me (illegal by the way), he asked why I didn't preorder the game (like it's any of your damn business), he tried bullying me into getting the Gamestop membership, this guy is a complete tool. If you see an elderly black man, bald on top with hair on the sides and his name is Ramone? Leave, or get someone else to ring you up. He will treat you like an idiot.

I didnt like the one in Gonzales and inwish in the knew to go to go to the one in baton rouge. The guy there, idk if he is a manager or whatever but he was rude. I had my kids with me and it was Christmas eve I think. The way he talked to me and when checking out he asked if I was going to pay for the squishmellows my daughter's had in their hands. If he paid attention we walked in with them bc they just got them and they dont sell those girly claire's squishmellows. I asked if they have a bathroom and he went on a whole thing about having to buy something next door to just use the bathroom. My son couldn't really find games he wanted and when he went ask questions, he was just...rude. I told someone and they said...never go to that one. Baton rouge only. From now on I'll just have to go further to get better selection and customer service.
