This store is steadily making covid testing appointments even though they are in fact NOT doing them and after finding this out after driving over an hour and a half there, I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes all to find this out. I even got a confirmation email and everything lmaoooo. It obviously wasn’t enough for that to happen, but the lady working the drive thru was probably the rudest worker I’ve ever come across in any walgreens also. In conclusion, corporate for this store needs to get their act together or come up with ways to repay the customers, along with hiring new workers or correcting their current ones.

The worst Pharmacy staff eveeeer. The pharmacy techs are unprofessional and unethical. They are so ignorant and do not explain your meds. I’ve never experience this type of behavior from “pharmacy techs”. I guess they give out degrees/certificates to anybody with a pulse now a days. Walgreens need to give “EVERYONE” a customer service workshop because they are lacking their social skills and properly greeting customers. Pharmacy department should not be exempt because they represent the company as whole. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy department. It’s worth going near airline hwy or near prairieville.

Went through the drive-thru to get bandaids bc my toddler fell asleep. The lady said she couldn’t help me, that I needed to download the app. I would understand if I had a whole shopping list however, I just needed bandaids. The website says you can use the drive-thru for over the counter needs. Would have taken her less than a minute. Customer service seems to mean nothing anymore, gotta have an app for that too I guess.

Pharmacy staff members have terrible attitudes. I’ve filled my medication here for the past 5 months because the location is closest is to my home. But the negativity today was so unacceptable that I got back in my car and drove several miles out of my way to come to a different Walgreens. I will never go back to the Hwy 30 location again.

I put my husbands disposable camera in to get his pictures developed.they told me January 5 to picked up.i come January 5 and they never sent them off.so I get a new date which is January 13.i come January 15 and they still not there.they then tell me its a third party that does them.well what the hell is taking so Longo dont understand this.its been almost a month.i would like a supervisor or store owner to call me about this.

If I could rate this Walgreen at a negative number I would . It is absolutely the slowest Walgreen or for that matter ,pharmacy I have ever been to. I waited in the drive through for 45 min and was only behind 4 cars. I have been inside to pick up a prescription & it is worse. It must be very poor management hiring vary poor help !!!

Been on line for over an hour to get a prescription. Thought the drive through pick up was for pick up only? I’ve been five cars away from the window for 15 minutes without movement. This place is joke. You could have trained kittens do a better job at this Cobb house.

Photo items were supposed to be ready by 8pm last night. Showed up at 7am the next day to get my order but they only had 2 items of 4 done. Waited an hour for the 3rd item. Then was told that the person who does the 4th item would be in at noon and to come back. Received a call at noon saying they were out of the metal photo material but they may be getting a shipment in later. I called at 2:15 and they said the metal plaques came in and my 4th item would be done in an hour. Showed up an hour later and they hadn't even started printting it. He then unboxes it and is just standing there with it in his hand instead of printing on it. He finally looks at me and says the printer was cleaning itself and that takes about 10 mins. I have to pick my child up from school so I had to tell them that I would have to come back. I spent over $300 on these items and it's been quite the ordeal to get my same day pickup from YESTERDAY! I needed these items this morning for work!! I'll go a different route in the future.

Poor pharmacy service time after time so I switched to CVS; also, I usually don't like ask for assistance because of the disgruntled attitudes.
