Horrible customer service, no one on site competent to handle membership issues. Beyond frustrated Money taken out my account. after 5$ promotion. OK Fine to I go to set up - get my sticker showed my account info to the teenager who put the sticker on - but did not connect / validate it. Get to the line and my sticker is invalid - go back in – no one can fix this issue - Phone in is a JOKE - estimated time of wait is over a 40 minute wait _ Really ? Apparently if U have that long of a wait for customer service, you have bigger issues than teenager employees who can not service your customers correctly.

At night you can't get gas because the business isn't open and the lights to the gas pumps is cut off so it is dangerous to be in the area

I have been a twice a day customer sense y’all opened. I am also a at least a once a week customer at the car wash. Today 1/16/22 at 430 pm was the last straw. It is not the first time with dealing with the two lazy rude slugs you had working today. I stop every morning before work and most evenings after work. It is convenient and the young people are for the most except for these two are very nice and polite. So I am sorry my business will be else where.

Today I pulled up to drive thru window at 2:50 p.m. sat there for 3 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window. As I'm waiting for service the young girl that's working on the other register turns and looks at the drive-thru window notices someone's there but did not acknowledge me she turns back around. At this point I figured she was going to come help me or someone was going to come help me, but nobody did. I knocked on the window and she didn't even turn around and I knocked again I said excuse me can I get some service. Again she ignored me. I then knocked on the window again and slid it open all the way and ask for some help a young man came from around the corner and came and help me.While he is checking me out she is behind him running her mouth about me. not quite sure what she said but I asked the young man what she said and he said just ignore her. I have been to this pit stop hundreds of times and have never been treated so rudely.
