I absolutely never leave negative reviews but after my experience today I am completely disappointed in the direction this company has gone in. I have been a loyal costumer for over 10 years and I hold 3 different type of accounts with them so I am well aware of where this company used to be versus the customer service I received today. Through a unfortunate situation I found myself needing a vehicle quickly, went to the dealership on a Friday picked the one I wanted and started the loan process, since I have previously had 3 car loans with Essential of course I wanted to use them again. We started the process around 2:30 pm by 4:30 pm we had recieved a text saying we were approved and where told by our loan officer Lauren to pick up insurance on the vehicle she then told us she had a boat closing to deal with so we worked on getting the insurance while she attended her boat closing at 5pm we began to call and text Lauren that we had the insurance if she could send the documents to the dealership so we could leave with the vehicle and were completely ghosted no response at all called the main office who told us that she had left for the day and no one could help us. Needless to say we went home without the vehicle and started calling first thing Saturday morning to get the papers we needed. We were informed Lauren does not work on Saturday, we were directed to the branch manager who informed us that they were extremely busy and would try to get the paper work to the dealership if they could by the end of the day. I did not want the same thing to happen as the day before so I rushed into the office in person to make sure those papers were sent. I was completely disgusted by how the branch Manger spoke to me her exact words were how they were busy and short staffed and all this was somehow my fault because getting close to the end of the day. I own my own business in sales and would absolutely never treat my costumers they was I was treated by this company. Unfortunately you have lost my business I will take my business somewhere that they actually value and respect their costumers.

Customer service is non-existent. Worst banking experience I've ever had. I look forward to leaving them.

Not a good beneficial credit Union ??♂️ been having the same bank 7 years.. haven’t seen a perk yet from this bank I notice certain credit unions after a certain time you get offers on stuff n etc definitely not this one I literally got a house ? already n no perks

This place seem not to take phone calls. You are put on hold till you hang up. Take my business some other place.

March 17, 2021 Unpleasant Banking Experience , making a check deposit inside The Branch. Unpleasant Very Uncomfortable Even Customers, with not so much Money Should Be Treated with common courtesy.

This bank will not stop a automatic payment when i asked them to. I get debit card purchases or payments are authorized but I don't care. If I say stop something then stop it. Even my old mississippi bank would do if you came in and signed something and they are behind the times!
