Horrible this guy does not use genuine Apple products for replacements on Apple devices. Nor does he inform customers. My screen was changed there for my iPhone 11. Since then I’ve experienced words over words the screen not responding to touch and my wallpaper being changed completely. DONT BRING UR IPHONE TO THIS GUY!

Today I went in to get a phone repair on my iPhone 7+ and I asked the gentleman there how long it’s going to be until it gets fixed and he told me it’s only going to take about 15 minutes so I told him OK I’m going to go and pick up something from down the road I won’t be that long I got there parked my car and then he gives me a phone call letting me know that my phone is ready I went back and picked it up and it was working perfectly even better from before thank you mike for your help if you guys ever go to Dr. wireless make sure you ask for Mike

I brought in my sons ipad for a screen repair. I was told once the screen came in the repair should take about 3 days. After a week had passed I called to follow up on the status of the repair and I was told the screen that was ordered wasn’t the correct the screen and it would take another week for the repair. Well, literally another 2 weeks passed and they weren’t even considerate enough to give me a call updating me on the status of the repair. At this point, I’m frustrated so I decided to pick it up without the repair being done. When I arrive to pick up the tablet. The home button is missing and the tablet is no longer powering on. Not only was the repair not done but they further damaged the tablet. Thinking back to when I dropped the tablet off they refused to give me a copy of the paperwork. Which means they can add any issue they cause to the device to your paperwork. I don’t recommend using this company at all. They’re very unprofessional and unethical.

They are very rude . They couldn’t find my phone. He hung up on me in the middle of conversation because he was spelling my name wrong. Then called me back once they found it and told me “ I better be glad they didn’t take the screen back off” because they take it back off after 24 hrs. Mind u , I brought it to them Fri. Sat they were closed. Now it’s Monday. They are very unprofessional
