The store and stuff are good. But my services literally go out atleast twice a week. Last week it went out and took 3 days! For it to come back on. Always experiencing outages in the area.

It literally would have took an hour just to drop off a equipment. That's really bad customer service. I know Cox really wants to do this mobile thing, but you should split the stores.There should be a cox mobile store and a store where you can pay your bill and drop off equipment or different departments. A customer should never have to wait an hour just to drop off equipment.

Oh I just love Chris at the location in Gonzales on airline he is always so loving caring and helpful he makes me feel so good no question is a stupid question or a dumb question anything I ask he always has the answer and if not he's going to go and find it everyone there actually are sweethearts but I kind of got attached to Chris because besides working he's always willing to give a good conversationhe is truly an angel.. you could be having the worst day and his smile his presence his vibe his Aura will just lift you up and I can't explain how much I or anyone appreciates that... Customer service is not just always about what the person came in for it's about making sure that customer is good in any way possible that you can help while they're in your store and you're there customer service provider for that short time.Thank you all of Cox wonderful staffAnd much love light and energy to my favoriteChristopher keep up the great work!!!!!!

We recently switched to COX. With in 2 weeks of switching the majority of people in my area did not have wifi at all. You saw COX trucks all over, on it fixing the issue. However now it's running slow, and likes to randomly just blimp out.

Some of the worst internet I have had. Hands down. I pay over $200 a month for Cox. Customer service is terrible. Our internet goes down EVERY DAY. Speed test show below 5 MBPS per upload speed and below 5 for download speed. ( It's been worst too). I pay for gigablast and I pay for unlimited. So I basically am paying for nothing. I have had technicians come and said multiple times that it was a wire issue and it's fixed. Still does the same thing. Also was stated I am not eligible to my internet router when I was initially told I could. Terrible service for the amount i pay for RESIDENTIAL AND your price.
