A major bank that can not get your direct deposit in your account. They can take a payment on a credit card though. Been a loyal customer for as long as this branch been open. I'm rethinking which bank I need to do business with

Easily the rudest bank in town. The tellers inside seem so bothered when walking in for business transactions.

They don’t know how to answer the phone and the stupid Ai person doesn’t the exact opposite of what i tell it to. my card stop working out of no we’re with nothing wrong with it. We love capital one as a family and expected more out of this.
