  They don’t know how to answer the phone and the stupid Ai person doesn’t the exact opposite of what i tell it to. my card stop working out of no we’re with nothing wrong with it. We love capital one as a family and expected more out of this.

  You mean to tell me i deposit my check into my account and I have to wait a hold week for it to clear .i have never had this problem but yall don’t care about nothing .why i have to wait fours when i have a bill to be payed like yall not thinking what make since to have accounts and you can’t get access to your money... read full comment
