Also important to note, when they quote you the price, expect to pay more than what you are told, a lot more.

Waste of time and money. Got the $49 wash because it came with the inside detail, didn’t feel like doing it myself, I could have done a better job. Mats placed back wet, crumbs still everywhere. Won’t be visiting again. Only gave 2 stars because staff were friendly.

Well there won’t be a third oil change done at Benny’s!!! The first complaint was out of rudeness by the manager so I had let it go. This time it cost me a day of work and unnecessary amount of money loss. Upon arrival I told the oil change guy that I only wanted my oil change and don’t mess with anything else due to me being on lunch break. He replied I’m going to check your air filter anyways because my manager is right there. Well pal you cost me money, lost time, and having me to come leave this review. I made it to work and that night my truck went into limp mode due to high amounts of oxygen in the exhaust. So after I identified the problem not parts house would rest the engine light so I had to take it to Ford with no other means of transportation. No I haven’t call Benny’s because I know nothing will be done. I really hope this review opens eyes and have their employees properly trained before someone else runs into this situation.

I was a member of the car wash club, and it was hit or miss. The reason for the 1 star, is my last visit I left cash in my "ashtray" I forgot to grab it when I got everything out to have interior cleaned. We'll one of the employees took my $66 ! I understand I shouldn't have left it in the truck! But for them to steal from me is not OK! I canceled my membership.

In all my times coming to Bennys in Baton Rouge, I visited family in Gonzales, and say one of the managers I recognized Mr. Zakk! Glad to see them moving him around and spreading his knowledge of hard work and great customer service!

Super bad service. I paid for full service and it seemed like it was half service. Instead of my vehicle looking like it was just cleaned, they seemed to make it more messy than it already was. Staff was very unprofessional

We love how clean the car wash gets my car, the car wash also damaged my wipers & it was easy to fill out a accident report & get fully refunded for my wash & fixed the damage the car wash made. Nice staff
