one person knows how to do returns while the rest can’t get anything done waiting on the one person who knows how - staff needs better training.

Went to orileys and nothing but high schooner workers in there who did not know what I was talking about, Went to Autozone to see if they can help me and it was another high schooler who was very tall and I thought he wasn’t going to know anything either but he surprised me, his knowledge was very good in cars and helped me find my part.
