I went this morning trynna upgrade my phone and I just realized that I have a new line and paying more than I was, the girl who help me wasn’t very friendly Anya U, I mean they trynna play smarter just don’t go to this store I remember 4 years ago this was the best store near but not no more just don’t come if you wanna be treated like a stupidScamming people

After a very unpleasant experience at the Prairieville AT&T store, we went to the Gonzales store for assistance with our IPhones. Noel was a super nice and knowledgeable employee who spent considerable time fixing our problems. We will always go back to Gonzales store.

Don't shop at this store!!!Quite possibly the rudest people I have experienced in customer service. I was sold a defective S23 ultra 512 5 days ago and they won't let me exchange it. It won't charge and they said I have to go through warranty, which would give me a "like new" phone, but I purchased a brand new one. The girl who set up the account was supposed to make me an account manager and she didn't, so I can't even have them order me a new one- even tho the girl was there and could vouch that she forgot to add me as a manager. The people there were boisterous and ended up yelling at me and telling me to leave the store after I pointed out that they were talking over me and therefore not able to hear what I was saying. I asked for the name of the manager on duty for the next day and they refused to give me that information, so idk who to address when I come back. I also live 30 miles from the store and have made 4 trips to the store because every time I come back they tell me I need something else that they forgot to tell me I needed. I have spent $28 in gas alone and over 5 hours driving to the store. I have every right to be frustrated, but I wasnt taking it out on the people there ; I was just asking for help and they kept telling me that it was my fault for using the wrong charger, but the phone wasn't holding a charge from the time I got it and I needed to plug it into the car charger when I left the store after purchase. Every employee and the manager I spoke with treated me like I was trying to get something for free, but I'm just trying to get what I paid for. I also have to leave Monday for Cleveland and "buyers remorse" only stands for 14 days and thebonly way to get a new phone is through the store you purchased it from. They're trying to stick me with a defective device.

this store is scamming customers by adding new phone lines to accounts when it comes to upgrading phones. AT&T technical support says they aren't supposed to be doing it this way, but they are. i would recommend steering clear of this store until this issue is resolved.in detail when you go to this store to upgrade a phone, they will open a second line, place all the discounts and installment payments on this line, and keep the first line. so you'll be paying for 2 lines on 1 phone.

I purchased a new phone Online, was a phone that was locked and I couldn't use. Was told to bring to store to exchange. They refused to exchange for me. Spoke to manager, did not try to help in any way..

It is worth paying an ungodly amount in gas just to drive to any other AT&T location in the state. We went in last summer to upgrade our phones, and we just found out that extra lines were added on to our bill, and a couple of other extra charges so we have been paying $40-50 extra for the last 13 months. We barely got AT&T to credit us for the mistakes made by this store. Honestly, if I were you, I would skip AT&T all together, and talk to T Mobile or Verizon.
