Heather helped assist us and she was AMAZING!... You should duplicate her and have a store full of Heathers!!! She was responsive and quick to get me a new phone. She guided us through the entire process with extreme knowledge. Be sure to give Heather a raise at the Airline & Duplessis location!

Isabella was very helpful and friendly. We were prepared for a long wait but she managed a steadily busy Christmas Eve alone both professionally and efficiently. Upgraded phone, added line, made some changes to account…easy. Will return!

They only 2 employees and 4 customers getting upgrades. I waited for 15 minutes and had to leave. I suppose I'll go back at a better time.
