Horrible customer service! When I became a member of this bank, I attempted to open a loan to build a relationship. Long story short, I got the runaround, no callbacks, and no follow-up despite multiple attempts at all branch locations. Branch managers and employees aren't held accountable for customer follow-ups. My advice is to choose another institution. Neighbors Pelican and Essential provide better customer service, valuing both customers and their money. I had a terrible experience with this bank. While I typically avoid naming individuals, Branch Manager Brown was unhelpful and very unprofessional when I gave feedback on the poor customer service.

Hi, I'm proud to be a member of Ascension Credit Union, they have really been a blessing to me in helping me with my financial goals, I've referred so many friends and family members as well and they are very pleased with the service they received from the entire staff, thanks to the entire staff from Claudia Julian.

Terrible service! I was given a new card that was restricted due to fraud (banks fault). I was told to come to the branch before 5 to receive another new card. I arrived at the branch at 4:45. While I waited in line, the teller left the counter and turned the card machine off while there was a line of people. Once I made it to the counter I was told the machine was off, and I had to come back the next day.

I used ascension many times for my loans and even banking. The service I got from ANITIA today completely rude and unprofessional. She needs her attitude straightened up and needs to go take a customer service class. Also, I think all your workers need a training class because they obviously can’t figure out how to do their jobs.

I needed help due to the app being down and everyone I spoke with was so rude. The customer service I received was horrible and unprofessional. Don’t do business with this location.

This bank displays the most racial interactions I’ve seen, I watched the head teller Kathleen cash three white people checks without ID but ID me for a $25 check. They have the worse service they don’t great you when you walk in and there very slow.

I went to acu in person and called over the phone twice before leaving the country. Tried to use my travel card and couldn’t. It took two days before they knew what to do. And they have a lot of rude employees who DONT want to work.

Don’t ever send money through zelle. They will never give it to you. And employees are extremely rude. Contacted my bank where I sent money from and it was clear on their side and zelle said it was the credit unions side. Called multiple times basically to be told the money will never show up.even worse their debit cards suck. The chips breaks in a month and then they charge you for a new card knowing it’s going to break in another month

This is the worst bank/credit union I have ever belonged to. I will be moving banks asap. . They never have change, the service is horrible and and it’s just horrible all the way around. I’m so glad I didn’t do a business account with them. Do not use this credit union you will be disappointed.

Worst bank I’ve ever witnessed, service is awful, the atm doesn’t work some of the time, and the security for your money is horrid. If you like your card to be hacked this is the place for you. I would recommend going to any other bank but this one.

Once a month I receive a letter in the mail stating y'all have no proof of my insurance on my vehicle loans that I have. I've never lost or dropped my insurance once, yet now I get a letter in the mail stating I will be charged $1000+ if I don't respond which Ive had my insurance companies send over all my info several times and also provided proof at the purchase of each one. I shouldn't have to keep doing someone else's job because of this companies mistakes. Really need to get it together. Name is Dustin Turnage look up and see how many times y'all have sent out this same mistake to me and give me a call to fix this matter once again.

Ascension Credit Union has very questionable process for calculating interest earned on certificates of deposit. It also has dubious manner in which it calculates loan interest and payment. I recommend that you receive only paper statements so that you have documentation of all activity on your account. hey refuse to provide requested proof of accounting on my accounts despite repeated written requests to the CEO and others. I am currently in a dispute with this organization.
