Anytime there’s a sales paper they’re always out of stock. Really inconvenient. Any time you ask an associate if there’s anymore in the back they either say they don’t know or just no in general. Always unsatisfied.

my family would like to give a big thank you to the ladies in the cake bakery area. we needed and sweet 16 birthday cake and I ask the cake decorating lady if she could do a cake I had a picture of. She did not disappoint. it was prettier then the picture I had gave them in the bakery. The cake part was so fresh. Some of our family members called to ask if we had any left. Thank you ladies in the Bakery and a hug Thank you to the cake decorator.

I am from Louisiana but I've lived in Atlanta for 26 yrs. Rouses has the freshest and cleanest meats around, they are all very nice employees. Ms. Marylee is my favorite. Always a pleasure to shop at Rouses. I wish they would open up in Atlanta

The sushi man is the best! He knows exactly what we want each week and is ready for us every time! Besides that, everyone is friendly. The meat department is super helpful getting seafood cooked up for us quickly. The cashiers are always nice and efficient!
