I'm sorry but the pharmacy is just rude! How you gonna pick the phone up then hang it up just because it was right after y'alls lunch. I hope someone hangs up on you whenever u need something.

Store is clean and well stocked. The reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because the drive through line is SLOW. All pharmacy drive throughs are slow, everyone knows that. This particular pharmacy drive through takes the cake. It’s seems that some people drive up to the window, hand them a script to get filled, and the pharmacy lets the vehicle sit there for 15 minutes while they fill the script.The pharmacy is great by the way. I just avoid the drive through and go inside now.Pharmacy Staff: Tell people that drop off a paper script at the window to drive around and get back in the line. Everybody that calls or uses the app for refills gets stuck behind people like that. Don’t inconvenience 5 cars in drive through because you’re afraid to inconvenience 1 car.

Great friendly helpful staff, love the people that work here. Clean store, stocked. The pharmacy is timely. If something is on back order, they will let you know.

I cannot thank Travis who works in the pharmacy enough for his help. He went above & beyond for us. I was having trouble with my insurance card , he was helpful while there were a line of people waiting. He didn’t try to rush me away, he took his time to try and get it sorted out! God bless you Travis! Exceptional service!!

50-50 on the customer service from the pharmacy department. The assistance from the older associate at the drive through was clearly an issue for her. there was no hi no hello she just picked up the phone and stood there waiting for me to tell her what I was there for. There was no welcome reception, absolutely no dialogue. I have never encountered a condescension quite like I did with this associate, who didn't even take the time to read the prescription before throwing my ID and the script into the red bin and telling me that they're all out. It was obviously a problem for her to help me because she didn't even take the time of day to read it which clearly stated it was a different prescription than the one she had automatically assumed they were out of. I wouldn't have had such an issue with it had they actually been out of the prescription I presented. But they were not. Her customer service priority was making me aware that she really did not want to help me it's disgraceful.

This pharmacy is by far the worst in Prairieville. Not only is the drive thru extremely slow, my prescription is never ready when I arrive. But today, the customer service was appalling. I’d strongly urge anyone considering this place as your local pharmacy, to look elsewhere.

Melissa in cosmetics is the best. She assists customers in making sure the products are right for their skin. She is awesome and such a plus to Walgreens.

The location of this store is great but the drive thru is so slow!!!! This morning after my husbands surgery I went to pickup a prescription for pain meds and was told to come back three hours later. He needed the mdication asap. When I made it back the drive thru was backed up and the prescription still was not ready. After expressing my dissatisfaction they got it ready within minutes. This experience was unbelievable!!

The store itself is in a great location and they always have little things that make it a great corner store. However, pharmacy staff is very rude. They don't seem to care about people who need their medicine. I was told I was not allowed to wait inside the building for my medicine. And would have to return 5 hours later. My family has decided to drive twice as far now to get our medicines. Convenience isn't worth the disrespect.

If I could give less than one star I would. Absolute worst customer service and just lacking in common human decency. The girl at the photo counter needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson in manners. They need to fire everyone and start over.

I really hate to say this, but this has to be the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to. The store itself is nice and clean. The staff is also friendly, including pharmacy staff. However, the mismanagement of the pharmacy is ridiculous. The line is constantly overflowing with cars and people inside. Be prepared to wait in line at least 30 minutes.I understand that perhaps this Walgreens may be busier than others in the area, however there are plenty of other sites with low staff and tons of customers who seem to handle the load much better.

Lazy pharmacy. Went to pick up butt paste with my 2 year old who was sick. Used the pharmacy drive-through. Every other walgreens I've ever been to was happy to help, this one told me to "order it online, wait for it to go through, and THEN we can use the drive through."The dumbest thing ever. Could've been done in 2 minutes but they don't want to take the 60 seconds it would take to walk and grab it.Zero customer service. I can see why this walgreens has 2-stars overall.

Had the same experience as everyone else. Only went here once. The pharmacist tech did not explain anything hung up the phone while I was talking to her twice. Forced the pharmacist (who was actually nice) to explained the end result to me when I would not leave. I would not go back if I had a choice.

This is ridiculous that they close the pharmacy for 30 minutes and everyone go to lunch one person should be there to receive scripts. Also drive through close so you have to stand in the line to drop off scrip dentist office tried to call in no one answered tried another location waited 10 minutes then hung up phone. Not to mention listening to people coughing and some without mask. You all need to do better.

As a retail manager of almost 20 years I can say that next to almost any McDonald's this place has the sorriest excuse for customer service I have ever seen. It's like they strive to be stupid. Management is a joke. Pharmacists have no clue what's going on. I'm a crohns patient and my meds are extremely important. Never get meds filled on time. This has only been in the last year. Something happened/changed. It wasn't always this way. But,after today,never again. Definitely going elsewhere. Even my doctors have asked me to change pharmacies. That's when you know there's a problem. And the app is a joke.
