The food was horrible and my employees got banded just because they ask for some hot fries police was call out for no reason. When asked for a refund was told I had to go online for a refund. Don't recommend this location to no one.???

I use to love to get the ft. long hot dog the chili would be running over. It’s been a few years since I’ve been but I went today in a hurry to get to work and got a ft. long hot dog and it had about 2 tbs of chili on the entire thing I guess this is the level that fast food has fallen to.On the bright side there shakes were still good I just wish companies would stop cutting corners with quality.

This sonic has the best service of any sonic I've ever been to. They are fast and also extremely nice. I have been to other sonics where the carhops are rude and you can tell they don't want to be there. That is not the case at all here. The car hops are so friendly, and again very timely about getting you your food.

Being from Oklahoma, we are obviously huge Sonic fans -- I mean our family stops multiple times per week for drinks and snacks. We stopped at this location while visiting family in town. We waited for nearly 20 minutes for five drinks and two pretzel twists. I was just about to simply leave after 20 minutes but they came walking out with the order. My family who lives there says it's so slow historically they don't even go there.This experience was around 3PM on a Wednesday and we were one of only three vehicles at the establishment. Most certainly not the Sonic standard.

They forgot something in my order. I called them and they put my name down. When I went back a couple of days later, they just honored my request for the replacement order and never even asked my name.

Tierra is amazing! She was the only carhop during lunch today and it was super busy but she handled it like a champ. There was a very irate customer because of the wait but she handled it so well. I just wanted to shout her out because she was working so hard through everything!

Everything that I ordered was received with no error. However, my carhop came to deliver my food with a huge hair bonnet on her head. I'm sure that this location along with all locations of Sonic has a dress code that doesn't allow this type of item to be worn at work. Please employees, appearance matters when you're at the workplace!

Sonic is a favorite of mine when I want carnival food instead of a real meal. How anyone can mess up thier food is beyond me. Prarieville by the interstate is the only location to impress me. Unfortunately, I normally visit the Burbank location and they have sucked for years. In fairness I have had good carhops there but they usally quit soon after being hired. Wish Sonic would pay them more instead of relying on customer tips.

This has got to be the worst Sonic in the area. Orders always wrong, unfriendly staff, and general uncleanliness. Avoid this Sonic and just go to the one near Cabela's. This place is a joke and so are the workers.

Decided to go to our local Sonic today. Ordered chili cheese tots and a Reese’s Sonic Blast, unfortunately once I received the small $4.00 Sonic Blast, there was a tiny bit of Reese’s sprinkled on the top, when I started mixing it around I noticed barely anything, all ice cream. I decided to walk up to their little lobby area, since the girl on the speaker was acting like she couldn’t hear my request. I walked in, and explained to one of the employees my concern and asked if she could add more candy to the Blasts, as we ordered two, she replied “Well, there looks like the right amount of candy in each one”, “ I can add more but it will cost extra.” WOW seriously? I said no thanks and walked out. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve been in management and you could clearly see there was barely anything in there. The correct response should’ve been, “ Our apologies, let me go ahead and add more and have a great day”. At the end of the day I spent four dollars on basically a cup of vanilla ice cream when there is literally a Dairy Queen less than a half a mile from them. Won’t be going there again. Not cool.

I ordered food using the mobile App. When i arrived to get my order, they were out of the product i ordered. I was told initially that it would be refunded. When that didn't happen i contacted cusomer service and they told me that they could not give me a refund, that all they could offer was a coupon or a free hamburger reward with purchase of another item. I have contacted them through email and phone, and was told the same thing multiple times. This is unacceptable to not refund me for product i did not receive. All i want is a simple refund for the product i did not receive. I will not eat at this place again because of the way i have been treated so a coupons are of no use for me.The only resolution to this is a refund for product i did not receive.
