Cole, Dee, and Steven was incredible. They were super friendly and helped me with everything I needed. They answered any questions to give me the best option possible. They even loaned me tools to get the part replaced in the parking lot so I could make it home with a working vehicle. They are friendly people with lots of knowledge and are always nice and willing to help when I go in there. COLE, DEE, and STEVEN!!!! Give them a raise because they all deserve it!

Traveling back home from New Orleans and locked up a brake caliper. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to get the part from another store. Very special thanks to dee and Clayton for their exceptional service. Both my husband and I have worked for O'Reilly auto parts in the past. And this is the helpful culture we remember.

Went by for an electrical system test because my battery died a couple days in a row. Battery tested good, but the associate said that it was 100% my alternator. While I appreciated him trying to sell me one (not that handy) I had to make an appointment to bring it in to my mechanic. A $69 diagnostic fee later, and the mechanic reported that the battery just needed to charge and that there was nothing wrong with the alternator at all. After some research, it’s apparently really easy to test your own alternator…. Now I know, and won’t trust these guys anymore.

This particular store in Downtown has never let me down. The staff is knowledgeable if they can’t give you an answer they will find an answer for you they don’t have the part that day it will be there the next day.
