“This is without a doubt the cleanest, most well organized Dollar Tree I've ever been in!! The products are easily accessible and the staff is always helpful and friendly! The other stores should adopt this model!! Whoever the manager is deserves a raise lol!!!”
“Friendly greeting and service, as always! Visit Dollar General for good products (mostly) at a reasonable cost. This store is quiet so you can shop in peace. I'll never smell those terrible candles again. Other than that, DG runs a great store! I find makeup products here that are comparable to ULTA, yet far less expensive. I have visited for 1 or 2 items only to get easily distracted browsing the entire store. If I snag a few extra items, and I usually do, it doesn't break the wallet - unlike expensive and chaotic Walmart shopping. Also, Dollar General staff won't hold you and a line full of customers at the door to glance at a receipt. Dollar General employees thank you for shopping there and wish you a good day when you leave! Customers like me appreciate that. I will definitely be back and it will likely be soon.”
“I was very well taken care of. I asked an employee if they had a certain product. He said he didn't know and asked another colleague for help, who quickly located the product. While I didn't decide whether or not I was going to take the product, the two employees accompanied me. Very attentive. I decided that I would take a lot because of their attention.”

“Very clean, well stocked store. They have milk in cartons that have a nice shelf life. Friendly and helpful staff. One helped a teacher get enough small stockings for her class. Another found the cherry flavored candy canes I always enjoy getting for Christmas.”

I'm the kind of person that ask questions so to amazing customer service is essential to me. The store is always nice and tidy. The bathroom are clean that's one of my pet pevs so love that. Over all it's one of the best ones I've ever been to so far. ?”

“This store has had a dramatic change in these past 3 months and now it’s enjoyable to shop here. If you would have asked me a year ago to go shop at this store I would have thought it was a joke. This was one of the most disgusting stores in my area. Not only stock but trash everywhere in this store. The floor was always so dirty I didn’t even like walking on it. You couldn’t even push a buggy down any of the aisles it was so piled with boxes. I was always scared to move anything in fear of something falling on me. They are now under new management obviously so go ahead and check them out now. This store is the cleanest it’s ever been. Thanks Dollar General for making management changes because now I can shop at this store again.”

“Any Dollar general store has just about everything that you need or want to a certain point. Employees at most of them are very courteous. It's not Walmart!”
“The employees in all of my stores in Ascension Parish in LA...Gonzales, Prairieville, ST Amant...are all very helpful. Please take note that all stores have the same problem. They are understaffed and that does not allow adequate time to stock merchandise. There is always a line and usually only 2 or 3 workers, often including management. It is very convenient for all general needs but not if it's not on the shelves. we have many stores in our area but not enough workers. Everyone agrees on this and I often shop elsewhere because I can see the line before I walk in. In this area, we prefer to shop your stores than larger stores like Walmart.”
“I would just like to say that this store was so clean and organized!!!! I had just left a Dollar General and went to this Family Dollar and wow what a difference!!! Also the manager there which I am not sure what her name was but she was so kind and helpful!!!! I really hope the main office sees this review and gives her major props for what she is doing!!!!”

“The cashier was real nice. I came here to get snacks before going to the movies and they had a great selection of cheap snacks for this occasion. I like the self checkout but I didn't like the idea that I would of had to go to an app to get deals on my order. I should be able to sign up with the cashier or on the self check out. Or the deals should be available to everyone. Beyond that everything was great and they do accept EBT too”

“Went in, bought a phone and it was rung up incorrectly... But hey these things happen. Even though I lost my receipt, they were able to fix the mistake! They didn't have to considering I lost the receipt, but they did! Excellent service!”
