“Food was amazing. I had Chris's Speciality Foods last weekend at the 225 festival. I'm Seventh-Day Adventist so I don't eat pork or seafood. The optionality was great enough that I was able to eat tasty food such as the chicken cracklings, brisket dog, and brisket sliders. Also, their customer service is great. One of my friends' son was experiencing heat exhaustion while standing in line, and the employees were gracious / helpful in providing water, bread, and ice for him. And when I got up to pay for my food, they refused to take payment for the provisions they provided to him. Says a lot about the company.”

“The best pepper jack stuffed boudin balls! Also love the boudin egg rolls and chicken cracklings. We drive from Metairie regularly just to stop here! Service is always great too!”
