***UPDATE***I was contacted by management about this review. The issues were addressed by the manager and some of the employees are no longer employed there. Im certain that management will not tolerate the behavior of the workers mentioned in my review.The parking lot, store, and restrooms are always clean. However, the ladies that work there are often unhelpful and rude dealing with anything beyond a hello. When asked about the rewards card, one of the dingy women replied she didn’t know how I could get a physical rewards card because she hasn’t been working there that long. “I’ve only been here a year” Last night I walked into the store and both ladies took one look at me with my backpack and said “it’s gonna be a while”. I had to wait 20 minutes for my shower when the showers were empty. I had to wait for the lady to finish mopping the store to pay for my items and get the key for the shower. I stop there regularly to fuel and shower but these rude, slow, women are terrible. Good thing they have another truck stop a few miles down the road.

I didn't see much at all as far as Truck Plaza wares, nor a shower area, but it had a subway connected to it, which was nice.

The people that work there are very respectful but the machines they rip you off as hard to hit bonus on. All the money you shaped. You might hit a bonus. The fed, need to check on that casino.

Best place to stop and prepare for a road trip! After a long day they have the best subway with wonderful service! There was this one employee named Nikki in the evening who was so kind to help me with my card. She had a lot of patience during a busy night.
