The hours at this location are terrible; it makes no sense to be closed before the end of the work day on post at 1700. And only being open for 2 hours on Saturday in the morning is really stupid.

This is how your mail gets treated on Fort Polk, La. This happened on Monday, Sept 8, 2025 in Maple Terrace. The female postal worker dumped people’s packages on the ground like they were trash. And this is what we are paying big money for. Ridiculous!

There’s so much I want to say but I’ll just leave it at this - They have the worst delivery drivers and customer service I’ve encountered. They need to fill out forms in the entirety - their staff is lazy and doesn’t complete the paperwork leading to frustrated customers and miscommunication across post. Do better.
