There was some sort of cover plate underneath my car that had broke and was hanging down, scraping along the ground. I saw it and could actually hear it scraping when I backed up. The technicians at Taylor's said they drove the car around and could not hear anything and did not see anything hanging underneath when they did my oil change. I actually had to show the shop manager what I was talking about and he was like duh, I don't know how we missed that. It makes me question whether or not they did the oil change correctly and even went under the car to change the filter like they were supposed to. They also told me that there was nothing wrong with my brakes even though they squeal very loudly. It is obvious I need new brake pads before I get any real rotor damage so I will have to go elsewhere. I suspect they are only humoring me because I am female and obviously don't know what I'm talking about. They don't know that my father was a mechanic and taught his daughters basic knowledge.

Told me O2 sensor code was gone.. soon as I got home put on scan tool.. same code.. spent some nice $$$ too still have same code. Plus another 2 codes I didn’t have before service I have now. Never call back with updates have to drive there just to get answers.Service: Engine repair
