This is a great dessert shop if you need a variety of items to select from . The prices are a bit high for the size and the fact some items are mass produced. The desserts are good here but it is not outstanding. I encourage you to go down the road and visit Whitney's Cookies instead for a truly great dessert.

While in Franklin we were looking for ice cream and decided to stop at Kilwin's. I had turtle cheesecake which was quite good. I did feel that it was a bit overpriced at $6.25 for a single scoop. Based on other gourmet ice cream places we've visited I would have expected it to be closer to $5.

Super friendly staff and the ice cream I got was delish. Strawberry and blueberry swirl on a waffle cone. Do yourself a favor and get the double scoop. You deserve it. Stop by and see them. Fudge was delish also.

Omg what a great candy fudge Ice cream store it was packed my nieces got something like Italian ice I brought water to drink and fudge for the whole family. The service was fantastic the ambiance was homey they had treated you like family. Would come here again and again. We have this store in Naples Florida

I like the ice cream here. My kids did too. They have fresh fudge and they also make coffee. They have a wall table with a few high top chairs inside and a couple of tables outside. I would definitely put a small table inside as they do have a little bit of space so it would be more comfortable to eat the ice cream, specially with kids. The service was friendly and I love they do give you samples if you ask. Take that COVID... I definitely will come back here to get more ice cream. They also have candies, caramel popcorn and goodies in packages. Come check them out definitely

Ordered $30 worth of fudge. Everyone was so excited. YIKES! it's "precut" sitting out and forms a crusty crust all over every piece of the fudge. Fudge is meant to be smooth and creamy.... Never crunchy (unless it has nuts) Good fudge should never be precut to avoid this gross crutch. I would think a store with almost 5 stars should know this about fudge. It's literally fudge 101! We feel like we wasted our $30. The "inside" of the fudge was good, but there shouldn't be an "inside" of fudge. Won't go here again for fudge.

We were lucky enough to walk right in and order. The waffle bowl was delicious as was the ice cream (and a taste of fudge). By the time we left there was a long line.

This place is so neat! If you're traveling through Franklin this is definitely a must see and must do! Great Ice cream, pricey but good.

We live in Murfreesboro and it was worth the trip to Franklin. It was super busy when we got there but were served right on our turn. Excellent customer service and delicious homemade icecream!

Kilwins smells amazing! The store is adorable and I love getting anything from there. The ice cream isn't the best in my opinion but most other people seem to love it. Everything else is great!

Second time driving thru Franklin... it's a must stop to walk the Main Street and feel the charm... this candy store brings back memories and the smell is sure to make any diabetic sick! It is a wonderful smell of chocolate , Carmel, ice cream cones, ice cream and Candy Apples!!! I took two Apples home!

Chocolate and ice cream lover? This is your place. I had Pistachio ice cream, and tried Cappuccino chocolate chip ice cream, Kilwin's special ice cream and smores ice cream. From this list I loved the Kilwin's Special.

Smaller shop for sure, so when it's busy, it can feel a bit tight, but it has a charming feel to it. You come for the ice cream, but Kilwin's has a wide array of fudges, popcorns, pralines (amazing) and other unique sweet treats. Very friendly staff and a great place to go if you're walking around downtown Franklin.

We came here nearly everyday of our trip. We loved their Franklin Mud, Kilwins Tracks, Cherry, Superman Mint and Chip, and cookie dough (yes... we were a bit obsessed). Also, you must try the cute chocolate covered Oreos!

While exploring Tennessee's downtown shops I stumbled upon Kilwin's. This place is an amazing little room from heaven! The smell of fresh made chocolate and fresh sweet waffle cones being made was tickling my senses and drawing me in, almost like I was hypnotized! They had buy two get one free huge slices of fudge, delicious dipped candy apples covered in all types of goodness, and white, dark, & milk chocolate treats and truffles as far as that eyes could see. There were three wonderful young ladies working here, who took the time to talk to customers, answer their questions and even make suggestions and give samples of their rich and creamy ice cream! Adelynn was describing the contents and scooping the ice cream with such pride (almost as if she made it herself), Ellie was making perfect waffle cones to accent the ice cream, in between serving up delicious chocolate treats and Olivia was amazing as she helped us make some great choices. All of the girls have been working here for a few years and they all love the management and the smiles they receive when they are serving people in this chocolate haven. Most of Kilwin's chocolate items are made and hand dipped in house and some are delivered fresh daily. If you're in the Franklin Tennessee area Kilwins is a must do, you'll love it!
