This has been our normal weekly pit stop and half way point when driving the four hour round trip to pick up and drop off my kids. As a single father to three young girls the respect given to us by fellow patrons while having to bring them in to the mens room to potty has been quite refreshing.

This place is close to my heart .... I shall miss it .... I just moved back to New Orleans from Franklin about 2 weeks ago.... I will miss all my friends there..And Mr D's travel center !!!What can I say they had a little bit of everything.... It's Part convenience store, Part restaurant, and of course ..... The casino !!!! So much fun ! And those machines hit pretty often ! I always choose D's over the big guy down the road ... I will miss you Mr. D's ! Until we meet again !!!

They have the BEST hot chocolate and food, and the prices are reasonable, love stopping there as often as possible, and the bathrooms are always clean and well stocked.

I didn't win much, the crowd is very non chalant.. and their hospitality isn't to welcoming either.Good lunch menu and salad entree choices..
