Todd has always been very professional and he takes the time to listen to your concerns. He then assesses the situation and then gives you his conclusions. If he could fix the situation immediately, he does (he did for me that day). If not he tells you (honestly) when he'd be available to work on your vehicle. I was surprised, but pleased that he put my turn signal lens on in a matter of minutes. I'm grateful for his service.
