I have been dealing with this for years and I have had enough. Leaving my mailbox door open after delivering mail!! Mail gets wet from rain. Wind blows it all over the highway, or gets stolen because the mailbox door is wide open.

Friendly staff!!! Even with rude customers I watch the staff remain patient and help an older man that apparently needed a boot out the door.

Been in their area for years. The only issue I've ever had was the time they're were closed for repairs because an old lady drove through the post office front door, and that's not on them.

I am so sick of packages not being delivered yet they label them delivered. Nothing is in my mailbox but you have it as “delivered in mailbox”.

1 800 number so you can't speak to someone that can actually help you. Then a recording prattles on about COVID, the weather, what colour panties they are wearing......everything I don't care about. Just tell me why my package seems to be making a circuitous foray around Louisiana to get to me. Funny how UPS and FedEx manages to deliver, even 2 days after a hurricane. Government agencies always find a way to do the worst job of any task.

Worst service ever. They tell their going fix it and never do. I’ve to go down twice now to get packages they said they they tried to deliver. They didn’t try I’m gone all day. The second time I went down there and they I put my mail hold. I’ve never told them anything like this. I don’t ever go on vacation so I don’t know why I would have my mail put on hold. Unbelievable

Wish I could leave negative stars. Package delivery is a joke!!! If it doesn't fit in the mailbox you don't receive your items! That is, if they even get delivered to the correct mailbox!! I've had to go house to house to find my packages and I'm still missing one that was "delivered to my mailbox" 3 weeks ago!! I've been dealing with this same issue for almost a year. When Mr. Wayne retired this place went to hell in a hand basket!! They're just drawing a check up here.
