Your employee was rude, nasty and inconsiderate. The driver licenses I think I got it 45719MJ . I was not able to find an email address to make a complaint. The 800 # was useless. How can make a official complaint on your driver.

Lazy rude drivers. Leaving boxes on the side of the road when it's supposed to be delivered to the front door is rich. Efffff this company they are the worst.

I came here because my package appears stuck at this location. I was not home the day they delivered it and I got a text stating they would try again the next day. I waited at home for it, but nothing ever happened. The next day I called and requested to pick it up at a FedEx about half a mile from me. It seemed like it got stuck in Pacoima so I drove up here to get it. I also called FedEx but they were not helpful. When I pulled up I realized this place is by far the largest FedEx location I have ever seen. There were at least 100 trucks there and it was hard to find out where to park and enter. It seemed overwhelmingly large.The parking lot entrance is on the north side and there is a small building on the north east side of the parking lot. Walk around the doors that say "not an entrance" and you will see a door with a black bench next to it. This is where you can enter.I was greeted by a very nice lady who wrote down my tracking number and called someone to ask for it. The guy she spoke with said the package was on a truck and he offered to call her back in 20 minutes to update her. We waited for 20 minutes, but he never called. We left empty handed and wondered if the package was there hiding in the sea of trucks. Very disappointing....hopefully the shipper can reship via USPS or UPS instead....

henryBFedex ground drivers refuse to ring the intercom. I live in a security building and it requires a code to enter the building. Fedex drivers do not bother to ring the intercom. I have been waiting for th package and they claimed twice I wasn't available. Hey dummies: RING THE NAME AND NUMBER ON THE INTERCOM and I will be right down. I would pick up the package myself but they do not give you an address where the package was returned to. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't blame it only on the delivery drivers they let them out late sometimes as late as 10 am then you have the drivers speeding down Laurel Cyn or San Fernando road trying to get to their first stop. As a online shopper myself I would like my packages on time . No one knows how much I track all my packages when I see it says package is out for delivery . To then have them use a code 82 and send it bk to the Fedex warehouse. These complaints should go straight to the corporate office . I do want to tell these drivers please be a little careful with our packages please .Because we would like our packages some time before Christmas Thank you to all delivery drivers Merry Christmas

Absolutely awful delivery timing. Had a package arrive at the location at 2am, notifying me 30 minutes later that it was out for delivery, then notify me at 3:45pm that it was back at the location and that shipping was delayed until the following day and no reason was given. So it's gonna sit there until the next day, at least, for nothing.

This service told me that I was not at my location when they came I was literally waiting at the door and checking my updates at the same time they are lying and now I have to wait an extra day why do I pay express if these people cannot complete it very frustrating

My package was moved from the van and the reason is because they have multiple deliveries is what they told me. Confused just like you 'be now as to what that statements means. I tried to get a better answer but that was it. Horrible customer service. 800 number completely clueless.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I have five boxes that need to be sent back to my workplace. I followed the prompts my company provided to me and FedEx said they'd pick everything up Friday. I hauled the five boxes to the porch, and FedEx showed up, but left without taking the boxes. I called the 800 number to ask why and the girl said the driver "must've had a full truck" and left, so she'd just reschedule for Monday. I said, well isn't that a bad experience? How would I have known to call you? Shouldn't he have left a note or something as to why he was unable to pick up? She was silent and instead goes, "I can reschedule for Monday". She gave 0 craps. So I sighed and said fine. Monday came and went, no pickup. I called again. Why didn't you pick this up? Next girl also did not know. She rescheduled for Tuesday. So again I had to haul the boxes back in my house and back out again Tuesday morning. This time they were supposed to be there by 1. I monitored my Ring doorbell to see if they'd come. They didn't. I called the 800 number for the third time and was pretty upset. Why can't ya'll figure this out? The lady got mad that I was upset, and refused to talk to me until I had to hang up on her since she wouldn't speak/communicate with me. (and no I was not abusive) So I had to call again the fourth time. The next guy I spoke with about it didn't know, he'll get all my details and get FedEx to pick it up. Then the FedEx guy calls me and says the reason I can't pick this up is because they scheduled this for Express pickup and the label is for Ground. I can't even scan this. So I call the 800 number again (fifth time). Please pick up the package, for Ground this time. Oh we have to have the tracking number to do that - do you have it? No, - I'm at work. The package is at home. I'll have to call you back (again). I get home. Call them a sixth time. Here's' the tracking number. Oh, this is for Ground? Yeah, that'll have to be for tomorrow. We can only do Ground the next day. Isn't there anything you can do? I say. You've messed this pickup quite a few times now and at some point I ought to be compensated for my time here dragging boxes in and out and constantly calling you. No. Must be next day for Ground pickup. Oh great. I wonder what time I should call them again tomorrow.

They have employees stealing packages. Ordered an ac unit from Walmart. It was supposed to arrive Tuesday but kept getting delayed. Waited by the window for the delivery truck. Never showed. Checked my email and it said the item was delivered. Attached a photo of their hand and of nothing else. I hope they die a slow death!

I will give this place a zero. They are unprofessional they lie they keep your hold my package on purpose. Package it's been sitting their approximately three weeks. Never was attempted to be delivered nor dropped off to the nearest FedEx location. Lied about address correction. I called the 800 number multiple times. There's never a manager available. they're disrespectful, rude. Fed simply don't care they about their customers.

Yes. Another 1 star review wishing it was ZERO !! Staff is incompetent and could not care less. No way to call them direct of course. They know how often the screw up and got tired of hearing about it. Pack of losers !!! No way to leave feedback anywhere, so do not expect them to change. I never use Fedex to ship but have to deal with these nimrods anytime someone screws up and uses fedex to ship to me. EVERY SINGLE TIME A PACKAGE GOES THROUGH THIS CENTER, IT IS WAY LATE. AND IT'S NEVER EVER THEIR FAULT OF COURSE. THEY ALWAYS BLAME ANYTHING ELSE.
