Took the opportunity yesterday to shop for a new recliner.Drove over to Brakenridge Furniture in Ferriday La.Stepped in the door and we were greeted and am glad to see by a young lady by the name of Felicia Poole.Told her what we were interested in and she led us to the group of models on the showroom.As we tested them and checked them out she explained the differences between them in detail.She was very knowledgeable about her products and also patient.She did not rush us at all and was truly a pleasure to deal with.Going to pick up the chair in a few minutes due to the distance from the store.I had dealt with the store years ago and am glad to see they still have employees that value their customers.I would recommend her as a sales representative to all my friends.
