They didn’t have my prescription yet they didn’t text me they were out so I had driven 25 miles to get it. I found it at another pharmacy and it took them over an hour to send my prescription to Brookshire’s. Bad experience.

They were extremely busy when I arrived, but not only did they get my medication to me in a timely fashion, they immediately got to work on a prescription snafu from the doctor's office side of things. When the doctor's office failed to follow through, the pharmacist helped my find OTC options that were best for my needs AND saved me from getting prescribed one of my known drug allergies that somehow the doctor's office missed. I am beyond grateful for their professionalism and for saving me from a very bad drug reaction.
